Good Morning,
just got the text this morning saying I’ve been awarded pip. I am so relieved as it was really stressing me out.
my application has been quite straightforward, I applied 8th November 2022 and sent my application off online 22nd December. 18th jan I received a letter saying I needed an assessment, first assessment was cancelled but then had it last week. Got text next day to say the dwp had my assessment, and this morning I got the text saying I had been awarded it. Not sure how much yet because I haven’t phoned them but I am so so relieved as my anxiety has been through the roof.

When you start thinking about it, do stuff you enjoy. Listen to music, watch TV, pick a 10 letter word - see how many words you can make from the letters etc. As you don't know the decision, you have nothing to worry about, it's a waste of energy.2
