Is Anyone else having difficulties trying to renew or apply for a Disabled Persons Railcard. Keep getting an "error 500 Oops message - we are trying to fix the problem" whether I use a Computer or an up to date version of the Railcard APP

    It sounds like the website may be having some work done to it. Can I ask, is this the website that you were trying to access?

    Yep- this isn't just a disabled person's railcard thing either. The whole website is giving that error code, no matter the railcard. I got this advice: "To speed up the process, you can email us your photo first to 'railcardhelp@nationalrail.co.uk', and then call us with the 8-digit case reference number you'll receive in response." and also that you can call them to do it instead

    Yes, the website that I have been trying is correct, and I have been receiving the same message for over 4 weeks now, so I'm afraid the workon their website is taking a very long time!
