I am currently in employment and I have been told because of my Performance they are No longer going to continue my employment.Now they haven't even taken into count that I have a disability which will take me longer to meet there Target. I just Don't know how I am going to Manage Not being in any kind of work.

How long have you been employed there ,? Do they know about your disability and have you ever discussed reasonable adjustments as detailed in equality act
