Pip help please

Rang dwp as won my pip tribunal they asked me if been in prison etc or hospital then said they have received the tribunal decision and it’s with the appeals decision maker what does this mean if anyone could give me clarification

    It means that DWP will put into payment the decision made by the tribunal.

    Only a decision maker can put the award into payment, it's standard procedure.

    Hi mine tribunal decision is at this stage with the decision maker, how long did you have to wait for payment? What happened after this stage?

    They will contact you to ask if you've been in prison or hospital. Sometime after that they will pay what is owed, put your award into payment and send the decision letter out to you. All this can take up to 8 weeks. Everyones case is different and some wait a couple of weeks, others longer.
