Hi a couple of questions I have limited capability of work and work 8 hours per week. Starting from the 2nd week of April I'm going to increase my hours to 12 hours per week with amended hours certificate from docter, do I have to report this on my journal has normally I don't have to submit a certificate but cause I'm increasing my hours to see how I go pain wise I wasn't sure if u need to.

I don’t see any need to tell UC. They will be reported your earnings by HMRC each month.0
