in Start here and say hello!
Hello, I’ve been a member here for a while but I’m not sure if I’ve said “Hi” yet. 
I have ddd, spinal stenosis, arthritis of the spine and now the consultant thinks that I may have problems with my sacroiliac joint (am due mri results on Friday).
So walking and mobility is very difficult for me.
