Just trying to get a copy of my pip award letter.. My mobility is up and down.. Mostly down ha I am after bus pass or train or just evidence to show I have it...

How's it going? Have to admit when I got my letter I took a picture to store in my phone as I knew I'd lose it!
I've put the photo on Pinterest so I can show it to who needs to see it.
Did you get through to PIP to order letter OK?
Will be brilliant when you get bus pass.... Mind you... Have you asked them if they can take different evidence in case your letter takes a while?
Are you looking forward to getting out more? I love seeing the spring flowers at the park... And a bit of shopping...

Hi there @tenmen and thanks for your query. As our members have mentioned, the best thing to do is to give the PIP enquiry line a call and ask.
When I rang a few months ago to get a more up to date copy, it took about 20 minutes, and the letter came about 9 or 10 days later.
