If your disabled clincaly extremly vunerable due to medication lowering immune system and have been working from home since the pandemic for 3 years proving you can work from home and have recived many awards while working from home.
you have a hospital doctors letter stating allow the paitent to work from home with all the conditions you suffer from and an ocupantion health report from the company you work for stating adustment keep supporting him/her working from home and the office. the company is ignoring the report keep pushing for a return to office plan the company is a massive company employs over 30 thousand employees
they are no additional costs to pay i have the equiptment all ready at home

I'd encourage you to search for guidance from ACAS on reasonable adjustments, as your employer has a duty to ensure these are put in place for any disabled employees.
