I've read the thing back and forth and I have one main concern. I've been on LCWRA for a couple of years now due to scoliosis and chronic pancreatitis. Despite applying and appealing twice, I've been refused PIP.

It seems that as this is the only assessment taken into consideration in these new rules, I would lose that payment and also have to try and find work which would lead to alot of sanctions as I'm unable to work unfortunately. 

The only thing it says about people already on LCWRA is that they'd be protected at the point of reform, presumably until after they've had (and been refused in many cases) the PIP assessment. 

I'm hoping I'm wrong about this or that someone reading this knows any different

More detail will not be made for a long time and nothing will change until 2026 at the earliest.

Having a PIP award would not protect you from potentially having to seek work, they are not excluded from jobseeking requirements, fortunately a lot can happen in a few years around 2026 onwards..so try not to worry.
