in Start here and say hello!
Hi I am new to the forum , I'm struggling with my anxiety and depression, I'm in the support group ESA , been able to work most of my life, but had to claim in 2020 because I went downhill dramatically after the company I worked for went in to liquidation.

    It sounds like you are mainly struggling with anxiety and depression at the moment, am I hearing this right? 

    We are here to support you and listen to you. Have you spoken to anyone else about how you are feeling at the moment, such as your GP?

    Please don't hesitate to let us know if we can do anything to support you, even if that is just extending a listening ear  :)

    Hello and welcome @scaredandconfused and thanks for explaining a bit about yourself :) I'm sorry to hear about what's happened with your company in 2020, and that you're struggling with anxiety and depression at the moment. 

    Can I ask what support you're getting for your mental health and wellbeing? Have you spoken to your GP about how you're feeling?
