Hi and welcome to the community
I don't know a professional suggest you try cab for recommendations
However I am quite knowledgeable on equality act relating to employment law if I can help in anyway0 -
Sorry having read your other post I wouldn't be able to advise
I would look for an advice agency in your area maybe welfare rights or cab as suggested0 -
You can try this link for an advice agency. https://advicelocal.uk/ There's also some information here. https://www.citizensadvice.org.uk/law-and-courts/legal-system/finding-free-or-affordable-legal-help/

thank you so far for your comments, however I have tried just about ALL the routes available to a litigant in person and had no luck that is why I thought I would reach out to the community to see if anyone might have details for someone directly who has been helpful.

This sounds really difficult and frustrating @FrankV. Unfortunately, I do not have details for someone directly

thank you @L_Volunteer for your thoughts and comment. It beggars belief that more than a Decade since the introduction of the Equality Act 2010, that people like me are being so badly treated by those in power who are supposed to be there to help us.

I completely hear you @FrankV. Most days, it doesn't feel like much progress has been made, unfortunately. Hopefully, one day, you will be treated better and how you deserve. Until then, please don't hesitate to let us know if there's anything else we can do to help
