Pip review

So I've sent my pip review form off and go a text today saying they have received it. My question is how long on average does it take.
I'm really annoyed with myself because all my mental health needs haven't changed so I've put no change and I've since read I should of explained how it's still the same.
I also added stuff about my hearing loss that I just didn't think to mention in the previous claim as I've always had a hearing loss. It's just part of my every day life now I'm worried I'll have to be reassessed. I don't do well going out, meeting new people so I'm hoping it will be a phone appointment again.
I feel like I won't be able to settle until I know the outcome of this, I worry alot and struggle with change and the fact that my pip could change really worries me.

There are huge backlogs for reviews so you could be waiting an extremely long time... as in more than a year. We have some members still waiting 18 months after returning the review forms. For reviews you should always treat them as a new claim, even if there's been no changes. Most people have assessments, even for reviews and they are mostly by telephone. Some are video and face to face.Best thing to do now is try to focus on something else, though i realise that's difficult.4

You have to complete the form the way you did the first time giving examples of how each relevant descriptors affect you, give multiple examples for each. The more detail, the better.bobby123 said:
So what your saying is for a review rewrite what you wrote in the first pip assesment and don't put no changepoppy123456 said:There are huge backlogs for reviews so you could be waiting an extremely long time... as in more than a year. Definitely more detail the better I would say....I took the advice on here, gave a couple of examples for each descriptor....if anything my review form had more detail than my original claim form....because I understand the process better now....I didn't even have an assessment in the end from an outside agency...just a 2 minute call from the CM to confirm the hospital that I am under....then 4 weeks later received a 4 year award ( same ad previous) .....not sure that would have been the case if I hadn't taken advice from this forumbobby123 said:

It's just very confusing as they only gave 2 to 3 lines to answer so I just thought putting no change since I last applied 😔 might give them a call tomorrow and explain I thought it was ok to put no change and see if they want me to send more information. I'm useless at stuff like this I get confused. They gave me a week to fill it in and the phone lines were that busy I never got through to get an extension so I just rushed it 😞x0

It's never too late to send more information if you want to send it and you don't need to ask them this.Remember that when ringing PIP you're speaking to someone from a call centre who have very little benefits knowledge.2
