Hi all
i attended pip tribunal on the 8th March and the decision letter still not arrived.
i telephoned courts who said they will send it out as there was only a draft on the system, and didn’t have copy of decision letter, so would have to follow it up.
I telephoned DWP today and they haven’t received letter but strangely asked the questions whether been in prison resident care hospital and said it was a large amount of minus whether I could manage this and bank details
Has anyone experienced this and I think I may have been awarded but not sure

Sounds like there is an award. You could have asked them what the award is and they would have told you. You should have also received the decision letter from the Tribunal because usually they send the one to DWP at the same time. I'd advise you to contact HMCTS again.

Have you managed to contact court yet @soniaj and, if so, how did this go for you? Please don't hesitate to let us know how this has gone/goes for you and if there's anything we can do to support you. Hopefully, you'll receive the letter soon
