hi, I have just been awarded the lcwra, I also receive pip but only the standard, will I be able to claim for the mobility part of pip, the reason also why I got the lcwra is I won the tribunal appeal which has been going on for nearly 2 years, can anyone let me know if it gets backdated and also when I receive my first payment.
many thanks.

Being found to have LCWRA will have no bearing on your entitlement to the mobility part of PIP. Whether there's any entitlement will depend on how your conditions affect you. If you report changes to your health condition for PIP then you will be sent more forms to fill in and return and another assessment will be most likely.

For LCWRA if this was your first time claim then you'll be owed money from the 4th month after you first reported your health condition. When it's paid from will depend on what date you first reported your health condition/sent your first fit note and what date you usually receive your money each month.
