Hi Oh wise ones could anyone clarify please,
I know LCWRA is paid from the 4th Full Assessment Period after 1st Sicknote but Do the Sicknotes need to be Continuous No Gaps when it comes to Backpay?
I've always thought so but again need clarity on this as a very Adamant person says nay? (He's 3 separate AP's short where No Fitnotes were given to UC and arguing with DM on Backdated LCWRA payments)
Thanks in advance :-) x

You are correct, they need be continuous without any gaps. Gaps can affect when the LCWRA element is paid from.
