You do not get LCWRA under the end of the complete fourth UC assessment period after you paid them your health situation. The exact situation depends on the date in which you reported your health and when your each AP started. If you reported health in November LCWRA then starts payment from March or April.

The only exception is if you are dedicated as terminally ill in which situation LCWRA would start immediately.

I told them about my health condition on the 24th of November?

What date do you usually receive your money each month?

Because the waiting period is 3 full assessment periods and the extra money is paid from the 4th month, as advised by Calcotti.

Based on the information you gave your waiting period will be Dec to March… LCWRA starts from assessment period 6th March to 5th April and first payment will be 12th April. No LCWRA element is owed.

No, the LCWRA element isn't paid at all during the waiting period. If you were working and didn't have the work allowance then they may owe you some money for that because the work allowance will apply from the assessment period in which you reported your health condition.
