I contacted pip and made a claim on the 2nd of dec 2022. I had my phone call assessment on the 28th of feb. Today is week 6 and still heard nothing. I know it sounds silly but all the waiting for a decision is really affecting my anxiety. Just looking for some advice or other’s experience with the process

Once the assessment report was returned to DWP a decision can take up to about 12 weeks. Once a decision is made you will be contacted. In the meantime all you can do is wait.
