    I would appreciate it if members wouldn't tag me please. I have all notifcations turned off and wouldn't want a member thinking i'm being rude by not replying.

    I'm so sorry you're experiencing this flare up of psoriasis. As Poppy has kindly advised, we aren't medical professionals and as such would strongly encourage you to see your GP or any dermatology clinician you are under to get the most qualified advice and treatment asap.
