Hi, I've seen most pip assessments are done via telephone nowadays. However I have a video call. This has made me even more nervous as they will be studying me over video. Is there a reason they would have chose video over telephone ?
Thnks

Please don't worry about it, I had mine via video link, they are so busy typing, they really don't look at you much.
It's really nothing to worry about.

It’s normal, some are face to face as well as video or telephone. If you’re not happy with the video assessment you can ring to ask if you can change it to a telephone assessment. You will need to ring the health assessment providers for this.
I would appreciate it if members wouldn't tag me please. I have all notifcations turned off and wouldn't want a member thinking i'm being rude by not replying.
If i see a question that i know the answer to i will try my best to help.
