Hi, I've seen most pip assessments are done via telephone nowadays. However I have a video call. This has made me even more nervous as they will be studying me over video. Is there a reason they would have chose video over telephone ?

Please don't worry about it, I had mine via video link, they are so busy typing, they really don't look at you much.
It's really nothing to worry about.1 -
It’s normal, some are face to face as well as video or telephone. If you’re not happy with the video assessment you can ring to ask if you can change it to a telephone assessment. You will need to ring the health assessment providers for this.1
