Sorry all
A week premature
But at least you should all be aware for next Sunday? -
I'd heard of it, but forgotten the date. Thanks for the reminder...although I'll probably forget again by next weekend.
-
They already do these alerts in other countries, mainly because they have more severe weather conditions , I know in Canada if someone goes missing they send alerts out too.

I`ve disabled that functionality; I`d rather not know I`ve only got 3 minutes left to live. I don`t think the weather has anything to do with implementing this alert, I believe it`s because of events in Ukraine.

I mean it's hardly enough time to unblock the sink is it? -
I would find this frightening so I think I will turn mine off.

well I survived the Cold War back in the day. Anyone remember the so called 4 minute warning?
But in this country I don’t see the point regarding weather etc?
Dont particularly like the idea of the government being able to text so many people…….
-
@Alex_Scope
Will it actually display the message in Welsh?How will it know who speaks that language?
Or will it go by location?
In which case - what about English people in Wales? -
