Thanks @Shambles321

I’ll have to wait for the dreaded letter 😀
when you receive your decision letter would you mind letting me know, just so I know how long it takes ?
well done again 👍0 -
@Shambles321 congratulations on your win! I was just wondering if you could give me an idea of what questions they ask? I’m due to have my tribunal but still awaiting a date. I applied last May and have been waiting since October for my tribunal date so would love to know if you don’t mind me asking when you applied roughly for pip originally please 😊0

@Em1
I applied for Pip in March 2022 and appealed in Sept 2022
My tribunal was on the 19th of April - luckily I didn’t have to wait too long
In regards to the questions, they went over the points is I raised in my Appeal and MR.
They asked about my job, what I do, how I used to travel to work before I started working from home etc.
They did surprise me by asking why I shop at Asda instead of my Morrisons and Sainsbury’s that are closer to my house.
They asked if I take my kids to the park which is close to my house- so looks like they look into your local area etc beforehand
They were very friendly and calm and asked if I needed to take a couple of minutes break before answering questions etc
To be honest it wasn’t as bad as I expected it to be
Good luck with your tribunal and happy to any other questions you may have
