Hi my names nev i get esa lcwra and im on standard n standard mobility we are on uc but my wife started getting carers for me is there anything else we get with this thanks

If it's carers allowance she's claiming then this is just deducted in full from any UC entitlement. You need to make sure that carers element is included with your UC.The only other benefit that maybe possible is council tax reduction, which can be claimed from your local Authority.0

Carers element is part of Universal Credit and its £185.86/month. You need to check your UC statement to see if this element is included. (Please note that this figure is the April increase) before this it was £168.81/ month.Is it carers allowance she’s claiming? This is just deducted in full from your UC so there’s no financial gain to claiming it.0
