advocacy doesnt exist for gp appointments

No advocacy exists and its impossible to get someone to go to drs with you for neutral person so you can get fair competent service. why? All public services either provided or outsourced dont seem to offer fair access.
The receptionist tried to help but even ended up talking with me infront of reception waiting area with people listening in to my situation and then shes saying "i dont think im being biased?" .
how do you get advocacy?! tried many numbers.
