Hi my partner and I are both disabled my partner has just had his pip stopped based on him claiming carers allowance for me is this correct we have appealed but don't know how to deal with this when it goes to court

Was it stopped after a review? 

Lots of people claim carers allowance as well as PIP providing the caring duties do not contradict the reasons why you’re claiming PIP.
