PIP and Cost Of Living Question?

Hello guys,
Does anyone knows if I am on UC and PIP do I get cost of living payment 25th/Apr-17/May = £301 still?
I saw a post saying if you get PIP you don't get it? But it says there that if these are the ONLY benefit you are getting then you don't get it?
I got the ones last year but hadn't been awarded PIP back then.
Both my housemates got theres on the 25th but they are only on UC so bit worried.
Anyone who can shed more light I will be eternally grateful thanks in advance!

PIP has nothing to do with this cost of living payment. If you were entitled to a payment of UC for an assessment period that ended between 26th Jan and 25th Feb then you’re entitled to the payment.0
