Pip review form

Hi all.
So it’s my first time getting pip and have just received a review form. I wanted to ask, if nothing has changed, do I write under each section ‘same as before/ original application of 2021’?
They ask: ‘tell us if something has changed and approx when?’ And I reply ‘nothing has changed - same as before’. They then ask under it ‘how fo you manage this activity Now..’ . Shall I say ‘same as before’ again?
I’m only writing this on every activity (but the activities that have changed , I’m going to write in more detail about’.
Is this okay to do?
Tia

You need to go into all the details, even if nothing has changed. All claims should be treated as a new claim. Please don’t just assume that because nothing has changed you will receive the same points as before.Use extra sheets of paper and make sure you add your name and NI number to everything you send.0

As Poppy stated above, be thorough and state EVERYTHING that you have had issues with or required help with in the past and present. Fill it in like it's an entirely new claim! A few years ago I filled in a review form exactly like you suggested and needless to say, I got 0 points and had to suffer and scrape through 20 months until I got to a tribunal. Luckily i was successful at tribunal but the process was absolutely horrible. So for the sake of going into a bit more detail and an extra 45 mins completing the form, I'd say its more than worthwhile.0

Oh God I’ve literally JUST posted it . Wanted to get over with it 🙈😰 I wrote ‘please see my original PIP application for details of how it affects me’ . Can we send additional documents separately? 🙈poppy123456 said:You need to go into all the details, even if nothing has changed. @anxiousbird You can indeed, try not to panic
It's an easy mistake to make and one that many others will have done too. Here's Scope's advice around completing the PIP review form and make sure to include your name and national insurance number on each page you send.
Good luck, and if you need any further support just give us a shout.0
