If found to have LCWRA then you'll be entitled to extra money from the 4th assessment period after you first reported your health condition/sent your first fit note. It's not paid at all during the waiting period, which is 3 full assessment periods.

The date it's paid from will depend what date you reported your health condition/sent your first fit note and what date you usually receive your money each month.
I would appreciate it if members wouldn't tag me please. I have all notifcations turned off and wouldn't want a member thinking i'm being rude by not replying.
If i see a question that i know the answer to i will try my best to help.

Hi @paulwe and welcome to our online community, how are you doing?

I hope you're keeping well after your hospital stay last year. Please let us know if anything remains unclear following Poppy's advice.

Also just to inform you, I have tweaked the title of your thread and moved it to our Universal Credit (UC) category to make it more visible to others.

    Wishing you all the best.
