Pip payout

Hi, I posted about this earlier but somehow accidentally edited/ deleted the post. Is only my second time posting on here and am a little nervous. I have been getting pip nearly ten years and have had serval reviews, one very recently, only just over a week ago. This morning I received a £2,300 payment but no decision letter to tell me why this is. Can anyone shed any light? I’m incredibly anxious and so reluctant to phone and ask. Just seems very soon after my assessment for a decision? But have never had anything sent to me by mistake before. Just a bit confused! Thank you for all your help

As i advised on your other thread here, before you edited it. https://forum.scope.org.uk/discussion/105134/a#latest it seems like a decision's been made on your review so this could be money they owe you.
No one here can tell you for certain what it is though so if you want to know then you'll need to ring them.

Hi @ella96 and a warm welcome to our online community! How are you doing?

It does sound like the review may have gone in your favour and we'll keep our fingers crossed that's the case. It would be lovely if you could keep us updated with how it goes.

Take care and have a great weekend.

@Cher_Scope thank you so much for the welcome! So many kind people on here :) the review did go my way which I wasn’t expecting at all. My next review is In 3 years time so glad I don’t have that to worry about that for a little while!

It sounds like a relief that it went your way @ella96, especially as you weren't expecting that at all. No need to worry about it for a few years now  :)
