I’ve been waiting for a review decision, had my assessment back in February and just today received a lump sum of £2500 from PIP…anyone have any idea what this could be for? Thanks for any help

Due to the backlogs for PIP reviews sometimes they may owe you some money if your new PIP award is higher than your previous one. This could be why you receive that lump sum in your bank. You can either wait for the decision letter or ring PIP to ask what the decision was and they will tell you.0
