I have my UC50 form and i have a psychiatrist appointment the 25th of this month but that is also the deadline day to return form i also have a rheumatology appointment 5th of july can i send evidence later i no its not about diagnosis but i should be able to get back up to what i say also is there anyone other than citizens advice as the one in my area has a poor rating online

You can send more evidence at anytime. You may want to send it to the health assessment providers though, rather than to DWP. Keep the address on the envelope when you return the UC50 form and you can send it to that address.
