in PIP, DLA, ADP & AA
I had a phone call 3 weeks ago saying I’d been awarded pip. Called back 3 times since then and been told it’s still with the claim manager. What does this mean?

    We can only guess what’s happened. If it’s a first time claim I would expect you to receive any money owed into your bank 3-5 days after payment was made. You’ll need to ring them to ask what the issue is.

    Called today. The man has sent a message for asking what the hold up is. Yes it’s first time claim.

    Meaning it’s not possible to tell you what the delay is because I don’t work for DWP.
