It will be paid from either May or June. The exact date will depend on what date you usually receive your money each month. It's not paid at all during the waiting period.0

What not paid at all during the 3 months does that mean no back pay then poppy ?0
-
Whether there's any money owed will depend on what date you usually receive your money each month. You didn't answer that question.

8th of every month my uc payment0

That means your waiting period will be Feb/March, March/April, April/May... LCWRA starts from assessment period (AP) 2nd May to 1st June and first payment will be 8th June. Assuming there were no gaps in your fit notes. No LCWRA element is owed.If you or a partner (if you claim with one) are working and you didn't previously have the work allowance then they may owe you some money from this. The work allowance will apply from Jan/Feb AP.This is assuming you're not claiming UC with a partner that already claims the LCWRA element on your claim.0

So basically I've no back pay it's been a real struggle with these people .0

Unfortunately not. The waiting period applies to most people going through the work capability assessment for the first time. The same rules apply to ESA.
