I very received a text to say we have not made a decision on your claim today ! Anyone know roughly how long it could be? Really anxious over this ! Thank you

    That's a standard text and there's no timescales after this. Some wait days and others wait several weeks. The timescale is up to 12 weeks, sometimes longer after the report was returned.

    Welcome to the community! :) Sorry to hear you are still waiting, there are many on the community who have expressed the same situation. Getting a text and still waiting. When did you put your claim in?

    I put my claim in Mid January, had my telephone assessment on 20th April and they received it back on 26th April. I received the “we have not made a decision” text last Friday so just waiting. 
    I did call up beginning of May and was advised in my area the timescales are 2-3 week wait from recieving, but that’s not been met so just waiting now. 
    Just makes me so nervous and anxious waiting :( I’d rather just know by x date I’ll know!
