I have eupd/bpd newest diagnosed have had anxcity abs social distress for a long time

    Am not great 😕 I was going out with a guy we was fine all of a sudden ina few hours from he loves me to I can't be in  relationship I have demons to work on was quite a shock when we was ok to all of a sudden this .

    Oh @freeasabird22 I'm sorry, have you got support around you? I know it is that age old saying of "plenty of fish in the sea" but I've always taken it to mean. If they can't be there during your struggles then they don't deserve you at your success <3

    Very true I do get if something is to much for some one they need to do what's right but was ok a few hours earlier thanks x

    I can understand that, the sudden change from a few hours before. I hope you are doing ok. Have you got any hobbies that help keep your mind of it all? We play games in Coffee Lounge if you wanted to join in :)
