I need advise please I handed in my first sick note in November 2022 in April I went for my work capability assessment in April 2023 last week I had my decision to say I've been awarded the lcwra which I believe I'm entitled to extra pay a month - sent a message on my uc journal this morning to see if the extra payment went on as my assessment period for uc is 23rd of each month and I asked a question to see if I was due any back payment which they applied I'm not due any because I'm still in the 91 say waiting period (apparently) but on one of the messages they said I am entitled to the lcwra payment from the 22/02/23 so my first payment will be awarded from the 23/06/2023 - do they owe me back pay?

The three month month wait starts from when you reported your health condition with Fit Note.
If reported in November so the three month period ended in February. The extra money is being payable for the next UC month that starts after the date on which the three month ended. I should therefore expect to be payable from March or April depended on exact date you reported and dates in your month with each UC period covers.
As they have said it is payable from 22/02/2023 it implies it should be included from a payment that was due on 28/02/2023.0
