Question regarding Tribunal procedure

Hi
I'm appointee for my daughter in her PIP claim. She is autistic. We are awaiting a tribunal hearing, which will be by video link or telephone.
Even though I'm her legal appointee, is she also required to be present to answer questions at the tribunal hearing?
Thanks for your help.

I'm not 100% sure but I would say so @Nadar, have you checked with anywhere like Citizens Advice, or search on Advice Local for an adviser?
I hope all goes well for the Tribunal, do you have a date for it?0 -
Hi Alex
Thanks for that. Yes, I think I'll have to get advice from somewhere, unless someone on here may know.
I'm waiting for a date (long story short). Thanks, I also hope all goes well.0
