I called ESA today and there is no change in the amount I'm being paid so there is no increase to my ESA?

Which group are you in and how much do you receive every fortnight? Are there any deductions for anything such as pensions, savings/capital, debt?

I can’t work out what exactly that includes because everything I include just doesn’t add up to that amount. Maybe it’s just my brain not working this evening, it’s been a very long day.

Can you post a breakdown of what your ESA includes? You should have received an uprating letter with everything on there.

That's why the amount didn't make sense. This confirms your ESA hasn't increased. Your ESA now should be as follows..
    Living expenses £84.80
    SDP £76.40
    Disability Income Guarantee (EDP) £19.55
    Support Group amount £44.70
Total weekly amount £225.45 ..fortnightly amount £450.90 before deductions.

What did they say when you rang them? If you're not getting any joy when you ring them you can contact your local MP and ask them to contact ESA on your behalf. You will need to make sure you tell them what's happened. https://www.parliament.uk/get-involved/contact-an-mp-or-lord/contact-your-mp/
