Hi I've a query of  backdate payment, I went on universal credit July 2021, was working 16hrs a week from start of December,  though I said to the work coach about my disability,  I had to change things at work to be able to do the job. I had a heart attack end of February 2022 and was on sick pay up until I started back to work in July 22, in that time I had an assessment for work capability and was told that I was capable of for work in September.  I then went to the tribunal to contest the dwp decision and have won and got the lcwra, so how would the backdate work out , would appreciate if you can help.

The extra money will be paid from the 4th month after you reported your health condition/sent your first fit note.

When it’s paid from exactly will depend on what date you reported your health condition and what date your assessment periods cover.

It can take up to about 8 weeks to pay anything they owe after a Tribunal win.
I would appreciate it if members wouldn't tag me please. I have all notifcations turned off and wouldn't want a member thinking i'm being rude by not replying.
If i see a question that i know the answer to i will try my best to help.
