Hi
New here , I have tried to find the answer from google search and the forums but couldn’t quite get an answer
I applied for PIP back in early April , I had the standard text messages and emails stating that they had my application
i then had confirmation that my PIP telephone assessment will be in early June but then today I had a text off the DWP stating We've received the written report of your PIP assessment. We will write to you once we've made a decision on your PIP. As a guide you should hear from us within 8 weeks. You don't need to contact us unless any of the details you gave us have changed. Thank you.
Does this mean they are no longer doing the telephone based assessment and just going off my original application and supporting evidence
apologies if this has been answered before I did try to search before posting
