The agency that the Council works with regarding my care package has had to find work for the staff the government...well...imported from Africa at the height of the pandemic, and the regulars are annoyed because their work hours to be cut to make room.. and my regular day carer tells me other clients aren't thrilled either...

    @victor I see it has a positive, more workers where there are shortages, easier to cover sickness and holidays. 
    If staff are facing hours cut then their unions will support them with work related issues.
