Hello @shiaka and welcome to our community, how are you today?
I've posted your question in our PIP, DLA and AA category to it can attract more eyes and get a response! Can I just check my understanding that you've had a successful PIP tribunal and are awaiting the subsequent letter? Apologies if I have it wrong.0 -
I’ve received my decision notice letter today my appeal has been allowed and it is successful but it hasn’t given any information on my payment when it will start etc so I’m not so sure what’s next0

The Tribunal will have nothing to do with any money that's owed to you by DWP. After a Tribunal win it can take up to 8 weeks to pay what is owed and to put your award into payment.

okay so I should be receiving a response from the DWP now within 8 weeks and I should have received my benefits by then, will I receive a call or a email or will I receive a letter from the DWP0

You will be contacted at some point to ask you whether you've been in prison or hospital, that's the standard questions when you've had a decision by the Tribunal. Once that is done they will pay what is owed and put your award into payment. You will then receive the decision letter from PIP.All this can take anything up to 8 weeks.0
