Once the assessment report is returned to DWP a decision can take up to about 12 weeks. If you have access to a journal once the decision is made the letter will be uploaded onto there.Unfortunately, when claiming UC you're classed as a job seeker until a decision is made on your WCA. It's a work coaches discretion to either turn off or reduce work commiments, some do and some don't. A fit note isn't proof you have limited capability for work.Have you spoke to your work coach about your health condition to tell them how you're feeling? It may help to do this if you haven't already.Hopefully not too much longer for the decision.I would appreciate it if members wouldn't tag me please. I have all notifcations turned off and wouldn't want a member thinking i'm being rude by not replying. If i see a question that i know the answer to i will try my best to help.

My work coach has changed we’re my previous coach understood my conditions as he has seen me face to face many times , I have phone appointments now every 4 weeks as can’t cope being around people with a new coach so can only hear my side an not physically see me poppy123456 said:Once the assessment report is returned to DWP a decision can take up to about 12 weeks. A phone call once every 4 weeks really isn't too bad at all abd i would say your work coach has reduced your commiments, which is a good thing. Hopefully, you'll have the decision soon.
