Hi all i had my cauda equina surgery i. March 2023 and had no improvement on the sensation or feeling in my foot since still getting back pain aswell as leg and foot pain..just wondering if anyone had something similar and has had any improvement if so after how long xx

Hi all i had my cauda equina surgery i. March 2023 and had no improvement on the sensation or feeling in my foot since still getting back pain aswell as leg and foot pain..just wondering if anyone had something similar and has had any improvement if so after how long...also  struggling to drive as its my left (clutch)foot would i be eligible for any adaptations or help with this.

I'm sorry to hear there hasn't been much improvement at this stage. Are you in touch with your GP or other specialists about it? 

Regarding adaptions, can I ask if you are receiving PIP currently?
