I'm feeling apprehensive about claiming UC

Hi I'm Lorraine31 I feel a little apprehensive about doing this, has anyone else had a bad experience when trying to claim

    I hope we can quell some of that worry for you. Is there anything in particular you feel anxious about in relation to the process? Scope have an advice page dedicated to Universal credit, if you want to take a peep.
