I think i have carpal tunnel syndrome

My right hand and arm is weak and at night tingles and goes numb. This started two days ago. I think it due to overuse or sleeping in my right side a lot. I struggle to do certain tasks and it's making me get worried. I hope it doesn't get worse I hope it gets better. I'm 31 female, got a lot of health issues it's frustrating.

    Oh heck, that doesn't sound pleasant. Have you ever mentioned it to your GP? They will ask about your symptoms and check your hand to see if it is carpal tunnel syndrome. If you find it's impacting your life significantly, then do try and book an appointment to discuss it some more  <3
