PIP isn't awarded based on any diagnosis. Whether it's worth it will depend on whether it's possible to score more points needed for a higher award. As no one here knows anything about how your conditions affect you then it's impossible to give any advice. You can either get some expert advice from an agency near you. See link and it will help you find if there's anything local to you. https://advicelocal.uk/welfare-benefitsOr you can have a read of this and it will hopefully give you more of an understanding of the PIP descriptors and what they mean. https://www.gov.uk/government/publications/personal-independence-payment-assessment-guide-for-assessment-providers/pip-assessment-guide-part-2-the-assessment-criteriaOnce that is done, if more points are possible for a higher award then you can request the Mandatory Reconsideration. (MR) You should put this in writing stating where and why you think you should have scored those points.

Hello @Tizzyllmd
Welcome to the community! As Poppy said, the awards are not based on diagnosis and she's given some great advice. I just wanted to check in and ask how you are?0
