Hi @lydia5683
I'm not sure about this one, but have amended the title to show your question and will tag it as unanswered until we are 100% of the answer.
Are you looking for support with getting back into employment? If you could tell us a little more that would be helpful

Thanks I'm already in work part time and was just wondering as a disability advisor from the jobcentre got me into a programme which found me my current job.

I have been assigned a work coach temporarily when on lcwra only to be referred to an employment programme voluntarily0

Look into "Thrive into Work". It is only in Birmingham/ Black Country but it is a programme that combines work coaching, support to get a job, and support to keep it. https://www.wmca.org.uk/what-we-do/thrive-into-work/ . If it's not geographically available, you might contact them anyway to ask if there are other places.
See if there are any charities specifically for your disability that might be able to help.

Hi I was wondering if you had found out the answer to my question0

You said you were given a work coach temporarily and were then referred to an employment programe. If the programme isn't what you wanted then What's the reason why you're wanting a work coach?

Hi, the employment programme was suitable for me and I got a job through it. I was just generally wondering if you could have a work coach permanently on lcwra as sometimes you are only notified of jobfairs and other events by the work coaches at the job centre when looking for work and the programme youre on dont tell you about this.0

There’s no harm in asking. As you already have a job would a permanent work coach be needed?0

Dont think so thanks0
