Unclear pip message

Hi , I wrote this on my UC account today.   " Hi, I had a pip assessment on 30th of May, can I see the report please" .  Regards Darren.                             I received this   "  Hi Darren you will receive your decision notification shortly.         It's an unclear messsage to me .    Cheers.

PIP has nothing to do with your UC claim so putting a message on your journal about your PIP assessment report isn't going to help.

If you want a copy of the report then you will need to ring PIP to ask. Please be aware though that it's not the decision letter, it's a recommendation only. Very often requesting the report at the stage does tend to cause a lot more anxiety.

You will need to wait until Monday when they open again at 9am.

Hi poppy , thanks for the reply. At the end of my video assessment the assesssor asked if i had access to a universal credit account , i said yes and she said ill be able find out any information through that ,   and if that wasnt the case surely UC would of advised me so .   Confused .com  lol x

Are you sure this was a PIP assessment and not a work capability assessment? 

PIP has nothing to do with UC because they are completely different benefits.

Oh god I think your right !! How embarrassing, it just shows you what stress can do.  I think it's to see if I qualify for LCW or something like that . Thanks for the information and keep up the great work X.

No problem, it’s easily done. Once a decision is made the letter will be uploaded onto your journal. This can take up to about 12 weeks after the report was returned.
