My brother sadly passed away

Hi, my brother sadly passed away on 15th April, as I was his next of kin I received the rest of his dla that he was due, does this mean that I will receive his cost of living payment of £150 due jun/July also?. If so I can put it towards his memorial. Many thanks

Sorry for your loss. Yes, you will be entitled to the £150 CoL payment on his behalf.

Thanks so much for your kind words.. really does mean alot.  I'm the last family member now. I literally have no family I'm only 43. Parents were only child's and I spent my life caring for my brother and unfortunately can't have children myself. I have a partner and he has family but it's not the same.
  If anyone woulld like an adopted aunty or sister... I'm here guys.  Xx
