Hi just wondering can you use the UC50 paperwork for PIP. I am currently on ESA with LCWRA.
As we all know the paperwork can be overwhelming can I request that PIP use the same paperwork for a claim?
Thanks

You could use much of the same evidence (doctors reports etc) if it's relatively recent. It's what I will be doing.JW2604 said:Hi just wondering can you use the UC50 paperwork for PIP. I am currently on ESA with LCWRA.

As most of the info they want is practically the same I don't.see why they won't. I have asked in my journal.
Can I request a full copy of my WCA. Please and a copy of my completed UC50 Form along with both letters the original decision and the mandatory reconsideration. All via post please or via email.
I won my appeal for LCWRA0 -
You will need to send the evidence yourself because they won't be able to use the evidence from your work capability assessment. You can request all the information they hold on you and they will send you everything they have between the dates you request. Think I misunderstood what you said. I thought you were referring to using the actual UC50 form. Apologies0

Thats what I am doing pretty much, just using the same info, same evidence, just adding some bits and pieces that are more relevant to the form. I haven't even started it yet, supposed to be in first week July1
